Tabitha Spence, MSW
Clinical AssistantTabitha Spence brings warmth, compassion, and a deep commitment to supporting others through her role at the clinic. Originally from Laurel, Maryland, Tabitha earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from East Carolina University, where she also met her husband.
She spent several years working closely with children and families as a social worker, driven by a strong desire to make a positive impact in people’s lives. After stepping away from her professional career to focus on raising her family, Tabitha spent 14 years as a dedicated stay-at-home mom.
Now, as she returns to the workforce, Tabitha is excited to be part of a team that promotes holistic healing and wellness. She continues to find joy in helping others and brings a personal, empathetic approach to every interaction. When she’s not at the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family and supporting her kids in their many activities.
